world premiere
Performing on an outdoor stage beside a glorious sunset in Port Hedland, Joseph performed a role in the world premiere of Natalie Wier's 'Lacrimosa' while on tour with the West Australian Ballet.
He also performed 'Lacrimosa' in Karratha, and an improvisation performance in Newman.
dance film
Plans are now underway to make Joseph’s latest choreographic work ‘Mix and Match’ into a dance film. The film will feature all original cast members, and maintain the same energetic, fast paced structure as the stage performance. It is scheduled to be complete sometime in October 2008.
WAB tour
Joseph has been invited to join the West Australian Ballet on a tour of WA.
Joseph will be an understudy as well as being involved in the company’s educational programs for school-aged children.
AICD
Joseph has been chosen to dance in a new work choreographed by Timothy O’Donnell of the West Australian Ballet. The work will be taken to Melbourne for the Australian Institute of Classical Dance (AICD) choreography festival in October 2008.
